ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous in view of the following facts:- (a) This writ petition has been filed in the year 2017; (b) The petitioner has challenged the appointment of the third respondent to the post of Noon Meal Organizer in Hindu Nadar Primary School, Duraisamiyapuram, Kadayanallur Panchayat Union, Tirunelveli District ;

(c) The third respondent has also taken charge of the said post in the year 2017 itself; and 2/4

(d) No interim stay was granted by this Court, when this writ petition was filed in the year 2017.

2. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
