ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner`s representation, dated 29.06.2024 with regard to provide pensionary benefits that is ESI, PF, gratuity, Commutation, Medical allowance to the petitioner with in a time frame fixed by the Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had made a representation seeking pensionary benefits which is still pending with the respondents, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.06.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
