The petitioner had applied for a survey of land in Survey No. 239/5 of the extent of 9.5 ares. At the hearing on 12.09.2025, K.Amudha Selvi was suo motu impleaded as the fourth respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that the said respondent has filed a petition before the District Revenue officer for UDR correction relating to Survey No.239/5. Therefore, he submits that the survey should not be conducted until such proceedings are concluded.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to this course of action. By taking note of these developments, this writ petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to reapply for survey 2/4

depending on the outcome of proceedings before the District Revenue Officer. No costs.
