Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner is running a Crusher unit. He seeks additional load. The stand of the respondents is that since one Jagaber Ali filed W.P.(MD)No.18274 of 2023, the petitioner's request could not be complied with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that though an interim order was originally granted in the writ petition filed by Jagaber Ali, the same was subsequently vacated.

4. The fact remains that as on date, the writ petition is still pending and that there is no interim order granted therein. The respondents are directed to intimate Jagaber Ali about the petitioner's request. This communication will be sent immediately by the respondents. Breathing time of three weeks shall be given to Jagaber Ali to get any interim order. If he is unable to get any interim order in the pending writ petition, the respondents herein shall provide additional load as sought for, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled to. Usual formalities will have to be complied with. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
