O R D E R

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the third respondent. He alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent based on the complaint of the third respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that earlier the matter was referred for mediation and therefore the second respondent did not register any FIR.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent states that the marriage between the third respondent and the petitioner's son took place in the year 2017 and that a male child was also born in the next year. According to him, the complaint of the third respondent clearly discloses the commission of matrimonial and cognizable offences.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.19306 of 2019 4.Taking note of all these aspects, the second respondent is directed to issue formal summons to the petitioner in writing, if she wants to enquire. Likewise, if the second respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the second respondent will notify the petitioner so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 5.With these directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
