This petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Madurai, to expedite the trial in S.C.No.348 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the proceedings in S.C.No.348 of 2015 has already been disposed of on merits on 19.11.2024, as per the direction of this Court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.4888 of 2021, dated 31.03.2021.
