[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The order dated 27.10.2021, passed in Cr.M.P.No.707 of 2020, by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, is under challenge in this writ petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of this writ petition, the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent - Bank has been settled.
3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition and the same is, therefore, closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
