The present Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017 and 11.07.2017, to conduct enquiry into the functioning and financial condition of the fourth respondent Society.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he does not have any instructions with regard to the same.
