ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent, vide proceedings dated 12.07.2016 and to direct the 4th respondent (Local Complaints Committee) to decide the complaint of sexual harassment made on behalf of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law instead of referring it to the Vishaka Committee. 2.Pending this Writ Petition, Vishaka Committee was constituted in the year 2020 and the complaint filed by the petitioner before the said Committee 2/5
was taken up for further action. In view of the observation made by the 4th respondent in the impugned order that giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for initiating action against 6th respondent for her complaint under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace as per Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
