ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESHKUMAR, J.] This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1087 of 2018, dated 23.08.2018. 2.When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing in earlier occasions, since there was no compliance or after sometime there was only part

compliance, for full compliance time and again it was adjourned and time was granted to the official respondents to make full compliance and to file a report. That is why, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 has submitted that there has been a full compliance of the order of this Court and a report to that effect dated 19.06.2023 given by the Revenue Tahsildar, Cheranmahadevi, has been filed before this Court.

3.The said position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he has also agreed that the order of this Court in total has been complied with.

4.In view of the same, recording the said development, this Contempt Petition is closed.
