ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to recall the tender notification dated 28.06.2017 and issue a fresh tender notification for construction of Check Dam across Nambiya river at Thottavilai in Thiruvambalapuram Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the work has been competed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. Since there is no representation for the petitioner and considering the fact that the work has been completed, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
