ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] The order passed in W.P.(MD)No.10633 of 2018, dated 09.05.2018 is as follows:- "4.Therefore, the respondents are directed not to evict the writ petitioner without passing a final order under Section 6 of the Act. It is needless to mention that the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the other statutory remedies available to him." 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 09.08.2019, whereby final order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act has been passed. Since the order of the Writ Court was limited to the effect that the contempt petitioner should not be evicted without passing final orders under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment
