Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from leasing out the space for horse riding to the respondent No.4 or any other person at Thiruveni Sangamam Beach at Kanyakumari without conducting public tender cum auction.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from leasing out the space for horse riding to the fourth respondent at Thiruveni Sangamam Beach, Kanyakumari.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that there is no such practice of horse riding at Kanyakumari District and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
