This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.127 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in C.C.No.127 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam is posted for cross examination of P.W.1 to P.W.3.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also wanted to close the petition with some directions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly considering the year of pendency, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam to dispose the case in C.C.No.127 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
