ORDER

It is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner and the other private parties in the writ petition had entered into a compromise in O.S.No.83 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif, Tanjore and the agreement has been reduced into writing and decree has been passed in terms of the said compromise.

2. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and take steps to issue a patta in keeping with the terms of the compromise decree. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 22.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes gbg
