ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.507 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a case of hit and run and that investigation is in progress.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he will inform the particulars of the offending vehicle to the second respondent.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to furnish the 2/4

particulars of the offending vehicle to the second respondent and on furnishing the particulars, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.507 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
