ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 392 IPC in Crime No.716 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant, who is working as a Doctor, retuned to his home after his work was over, the petitioner herein by way of giving lift took him in the isolated area and threatened him to give his cell phones and in the meantime, the other accused has taken mobile from his pant pocket and left from the place of occurrence. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the identification parade only the petitioner herein was arrayed as accused and he is having three previous cases in similar nature and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner herein is having three previous cases in 2/3
similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
