pursuant to the judgment and conviction in C.A.No.165 of 2024 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur, dated 07.08.2025, by which confirming the judgment and conviction order in C.C.No.205 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, by its judgment dated 01.07.2024. 3.In view of the order, dated 13.11.2025 passed by this Court in suspension of sentence application in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17171 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1443 of 2025, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
