The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, in C.C.No.205 of 2015, dated 01.07.2024.
2.This Court, vide order, dated 18.09.2025, had already granted time to the learned Counsel for the petitioners to produce the certified copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, in C.C.No.205 of 2015, dated 01.07.2024.
3.Today, when the matter is being taken by, Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, dated 18.09.2025, he has filed the certified copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, in C.C.No.205 of 2015, dated 01.07.2024 before the Registry today. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Office is directed to allot regular number to the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
