ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.174 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, the first respondent has laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.354 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
