CONT P(MD) No.1855 of 2022 Crl.A.(MD).No.178 of 2017 dated 30.06.2020 passed by this Honble Court and regularize the period of suspension of the petitioner from 22.05.2015 to till date as duty period with full pay and allowance as admissible under the Rule 54 B (9) of the Tamil Nadu Government Fundamental Rules within the time stipulated by this Honble Court. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.PINAYGASH, Advocate for the petitioner,and of Mr.N.SATHEESKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents the court made the following order:- Call this case on 20.03.2023.
2.The second respondent / District Educational Officer shall appear on the said date. If any interim is obtained in the mean while, the contemnor need not appear on 20.03.2023. I make it clear that subject to the respondents obtaining an interim order in the writ appeal, the contempt petition will be taken up on the said date.
