PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb through the representation dated 16.12.2019 pending before the first and second respondents.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb through the representation dated 16.12.2019 pending before the first and second respondents.

Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by post and in respect of which enquiry proceedings has been initiated in C.No.40/R-P/C4(Ln)PS../19. He would also submit that if the petitioner appears in person suitable action will be taken.
