Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's appointment to the post of Special Public Prosecutor, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, as per the provisions under Section 24(8) of Code of Criminal Procedure and without insisting for the judicial remarks of the Sessions Judge which is only required for the selection of Additional Public Prosecutor and Public Prosecutor or in the alternative directing the respondent No.3 to provide his independent opinion about the petitioner to the respondent No.2 without being influenced by the remarks of the respondent No.4.
