To call for the records pertaining to the Order passed by the Learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Crl A No.72/2021 dt.21.08.2024 by confirming the order of conviction sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy in C.C.No.98 of 2017 dated 12.11.2021 and set aside the same as illegal.
