ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had placed on record an order passed by the Tahsildar, Revenue Department, Tiruchirappalli rejecting the claim made by the petitioner.
2. In view of the same, no further adjudication can be made in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 07.07.2025 made in Na.Ka.No.m1/122/2024 in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
