.. 2ND RESPONDENT /INTERVENING PETITIONER /DEFACTO COMPLAINANT Criminal Original Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition no.2 as imposed in order passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.MP.No.5119/2023 dt.25/9/2023 in Cr.No.268/2023 by directing the petitioners to appear and sign before 1st respondent Police Station daily once at 10.00 A.M. Instead of condition No.2 as imposed by allowing this petition.

ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. It is represented that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

Considering the submissions and nature of offence, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter, he shall report before the respondent Police once in a week,, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the Charge Sheet.
