O R D E R

After asserting that the petitioner has resided in the land bearing Survey No.420/7 with his sister, Palaniyammal, the present Writ Petition has been filed raising the grievance that patta has been issued only to the petitioner's sister, who is survived by the fourth respondent.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025 would be considered and disposed of on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity both to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, it has become unnecessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent in this Writ Petition. 2/4

Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025 after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent. The representation shall be disposed of within a maximum period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
