It is now submitted that the suit in O.S.No.160 of 2014 had been dismissed on 28.02.2022.

In view of the same, the orders impugned herein are set aside and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, based upon the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.160 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
