ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the respondent to regularise the petition mentioned plot. It appears to be located in an unauthorized layout. The respondent had already informed the petitioner vide communication dated 09.12.2022 that he lacks the power or jurisdiction to grant the relief sought for from him and the petitioner will have to move the appropriate planning authority.
