RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 AM imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.19569/2022 vide order dated 07.11.2022 by this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S VIKRAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19569 of 2022, dated 07.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under the POCSO Act, Sivagangai and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C. No.1493 of 2022 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in C Crl.O.P(MD).No.19569 of 2022, dated 07.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under the POCSO Act, Sivagangai once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
