ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking order to quash the case in C.C.No.23 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. 2.Today (i.e. 13.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, has passed the judgment dated 13.08.2021, acquitting the accused including the petitioner herein under Section 248(1) of Cr.P.C and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
