PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records of impugned charge sheet in S.T.C.No.107 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioners.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed against the impugned charge sheet in S.T.C.No.107 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that now the prosecution has been withdrawn by the respondent and it was dismissed as withdrawn on 14.12.2022.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
