This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay compensation of Rs. 14,96,596/- with suitable legal interest for the land was acquired for the construction of NH-785-E between Natham to Thuvarankurichi stand in the name of the petitioner's mother named Pommiammal and consider her representation dated 07.11.2022.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner's mother's land was acquired by the NHAI authority, the entire compensation has not been paid to the petitioner and she has been made to run from pillar to post to receive the same. The petitioner submitted representation dated 07.11.2022. However, no compensation has been paid. Therefore, the petitioner has been constrained to file the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representations would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a period of three months.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the sixth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such orders, the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, shall be given an opportunity of being heard. No costs.
