ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.281 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi to be transferred to the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / wife, the petitioner / wife is residing near Sankarankovil and hence she wants the case to be transferred to Sankarankovil.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband submitted that if the case is transferred to Sankarankovil, it will be around 100 kilometers from Tuticorin.

4. In view of the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No.281 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Thoothukudi is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed to that extent as stated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
