ORDER

Heard Ms.Chamundi Bose, for Mr.D.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2.The present Writ Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to include the name of the writ petitioner in the approved list of the Headmaster 2017 in Government Higher Secondary Schools for the year 2017, vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.14191 of 2017 proceedings of the first respondent, dated 25.07.2017, along with others, according to the writ petitioner's seniority, without insisting minor punishment of censure as blockade in the line of promotion.

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that pending Writ Petition, promotion was given to the writ petitioner. However, the respondents have not given any monetary benefits.

4.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, it is left open to the writ petitioner to submit a representation, seeking monetary benefits to the respondents and if such representation is received from the writ petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
