RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court against the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.20243 of 2022 dt.15.11.2022 and pass such further orders or other suitable orders as this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VADIVEL A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Addditional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20243 of 2022, dated 15.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20243 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
