Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 3 & 4 from interfering in day today activities of petitioner's parnership firm namely Silk Vision Network having control room at 55/4, K.K.Tower, First Floor, Samumuthali Street, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District - 614 602 from implementing Digigal Addressable System to their local cable TV Opeators as per the Franchisee agreement dated 23.06.2017 based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2017.

The petitioner, claiming to be a Partnership Firm, namely, 'Silk Vision', a Multi System Operator in Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District has filed this writ petition with an apprehension that the respondents are attempting to stall the operation of broadcast by the private Multi System Operators.

2.Today(28.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the Arasu Cable TV Corporation Ltd submits that it is only an apprehension of the petitioner and the respondents are not having any intention to stall the operation of private MSOs.

3.Recording the submission made on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 28.06.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
