Dearness Allowance from 17 percent to 31 percent with effect from 01.01.2022 instead of 01.10.2022 as per G.O. Ms. No.06 Finance (Pension) Department dated 01.01.2022 and consequently direct the respondents to pay increase of 3 percent Dearness Allowance with effect from 01.07.2022 vide G.O. Ms.257 Finance (Pension) Department dated 18.08.2022 as ordered to other Government Pensioners by considering petitioners representation dated 06.12.2022 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.Vimalraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.K.Christy Theboral, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed by the petitioners to file a single Writ Petition. This petition is ordered subject to payment of separate Court fee by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order passed in the Writ Petition would enure to the benefit of the first petitioner alone."
