ORDER
The petitioner/ A30 in Crime No.67 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 143 and 341 of IPC had filed this quash petition.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that case in Crime No.67 of 2024 was registered against 171 persons on 16.02.2024 for the offence under Sections 143 and 341 of IPC. On conclusion of investigation, case was closed on 25.02.2024 as 'action dropped'. He further submitted that closure report shortly would be filed before the lower Court.
3. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. NCC : Yes / No 14.11.2024 Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
