ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.
4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police has registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No. 59 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 120(B), 406,420,506(i) of IPC as against the petitioner, in which the petitioner is arrayed as A3. 5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
