The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 260 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on the assurance that he will secure a job in the Tamil Nadu Police Department had received a sum of Rs.1,85,000/- from the defacto complainant and thereafter, the petitioner has not acted upon the words. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has involved in a serious offence of job bracketing, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
