ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioners' representation dated 07.12.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaints given by the third respondent, CSR.Nos.312 and 910 of 2022 came to be registered and that it is a money dispute.

4. Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to follow the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
