O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court assailing the communication dated 24.09.2024.

2. By the said communication, the petitioner's request for extension of time to extent the lease period for cutting and removing the Kattukaruvelam trees came to be rejected.

3. The petitioner specifically requested for extension of lease period till June, 2025 and now the said period has expired and also taking into account the submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate for the respondents that fresh tender document has been floated inviting bids for cutting off the said trees, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
