ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks declaration at the hands of the respondent that he is the hereditary mutawalli of the petition mentioned waqf. But for reasons that are not quite clear, the petitioner kept quiet when the respondent issued proceedings dated 03.11.2022 confining the petitioner's tenure to three years.

3.Be that as it may, the petitioner has given a representation. The respondent is directed to enquire into the same and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 16 weeks. I have not gone into merits of the matter. The respondent shall issue notices to all the interested persons and give a disposal to the writ petitioner's application. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
