PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirapalli in Cr.M.P.No. 5964 of 2019 in C.C.No. 312 of 2016 dated 09.12.2019 in respect of dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 311 of Cr.P.C within a time frame fixed by this Honourable court.
