ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to recover the amount from the 4th respondent in the light of the order passed in WC.No.27 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent dated 22.09.2022, under Revenue Recovery Act. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that jurisdictional Tahsildar is Thiruparankundram Tahsildar, however the petitioner has wrongly mentioned the Tahsildar, Madurai South as a party in this writ petition. He has also furnished the proceedings of the District Collector dated 24.10.2025 and submits that the District Collector has directed the 2/5

Thasildar, Thirupparankundram to initiate the revenue recovery proceedings as directed by the Labour Court in WC.No.27 of 2017. 3.In view of the above, the Tahsildar, Thirupparankundram, Madurai district is suo motu impleaded as 5th respondent in this writ petition and he is directed to conclude the revenue recovery proceedings without loss of further time, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
