: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, connected with the detention order passed by the second respondent in P.D.O.No.86/2019, dated 29.11.2019 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenue by name Noorjahan, W/o.Saiyadhu Abdhakir, aged about 36 years, who is presently confined at Special Prison for Women, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set her at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA., J) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding dated 20.01.2020 in G.O.Rt.No.354, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording his submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
