Despite the matter being posted for more than three occasions, even now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no steps could be taken in pursuant to the death of the petitioner.

2.Though the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that it is a private litigation, we are not willing to go into the same except by dismissing it on the ground that the writ petition has become abated.
