C.M.P.(MD) Nos.14931, 14932 and 14934 of 2025 in S.A.(MD)No.533 of 2019 K.MURALI SHANKAR,J.

The above petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and (iii) to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 6 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, respondents 5 and 6 and 7th respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that since the petitioners have not assigned any reason, they are objecting to allow the petitions.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that when the matter referred to Lok Adalat, they came to know about the death of the sole appellant and filed the above petitions.

5. Considering the above, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 17.12.2025.
