ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action against the erring officials, on the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, his Shop was broke open and cash and goods were taken from the Shop. On his complaint to the Police, the Police informed the petitioner that one Rajmohan, Health Inspector and Deepawali, Maistry of the third respondent Municipality and their henchmen were responsible for the said occurrence. Hence, he sent a representation dated 22.06.2017 to the respondents, but, the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

W.P.(MD)No.14487 of 2017 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.From the averments made in the affidavit, it is seen that on the complaint given to the Police, the Police informed the names of the persons, who had broke open the shop and taken the cash and goods from the Shop of the petitioner. The petitioner instead of insisting the criminal complaint being proceeded with the Inspector of Police, has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action against the erring officials by considering his representation dated 22.06.2017. The petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition.

5.In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to proceed with the complaint given to the Police.
